Woman of substance Mrs Sharda Mahendra Tank, as woman with head full of dreams which were not fulfilled in childhood due to lack of resources but this passionate personality was always determined to fulfil her passion with years of dedication from being a home maker to a passionate aesthetician from the beauty industry as cosmetologist she has nailed it proving a Classic women ..Her Journey Full of hardships but beautiful that’s what I have learned from my journey. Perseverance is key to success and you always have to be passion driven and should not give up when there are hard times and you should keep going and you will reach where you want to be. Every day just made me stronger than I was. This is what I like the most from my experience Greatest achievement in life till now is The biggest achievement in life is that at the age where people give up on their dreams, I got opportunity to work in one of the best skin and beauty institute ‘ORANE INTERNATIONAL and another achievement which I would like to mention is from my spiritual journey. I found SHREE CHAMUNDA POONAM MANDAL which is a religious organization where more than 600 women are part of such a luminous religious journey. CHALLENGES IN LIFE for her is every day is a task and Challenges in life are the greatest mentors that teaches the chapters that makes us perfect from all ends. For me challenges turned my identity from a homemaker to who I am today…She balance  work life and personal life – By default we women learn the skill of handling multiple activities, My work life started in the most difficult and challenging period of my life when my husband suffered paralysis and heart attack where my mother in law who was in complete bed ridden and my 3 children were small. Today when I am at a stage where my husband and my children support me equally be it any situation and that helps me balance my work life and personal life.Our country has always been male dominated society, but I believe that times have changed and today both man and women are equal and women can do everything that man can do, isn’t, she smile.

If you are given a chance for woman empowerment what would that be?

Education is the right for every child, we should never stop learning as education and knowledge are the strong pillars of success making individuals ready to face all situation bravely with solutions. They should have that strength in them and always keep themselves updated because knowledge can help us in every situation. She says Challenges in my Life turned my identity from a homemaker to who I am today…Think like a queen. A queen is not afraid to fail. Failure is another stepping stone to greatness.
