More than just an awards ceremony, the iNaari Award Night reflected WiBE’s core philosophy of collaboration, confidence, and collective growth, highlighting the power of women supporting women. Marking a special milestone, WiBE introduced its highest honour for the first time in six years — the *WiBE Ratna Award. This prestigious recognition is reserved for an *Extraordinaari Naari, an exceptional member who has gone above and beyond to contribute selflessly to her tribe while exemplifying the true spirit of WiBE. Sharing their thoughts, the founders of WiBE said, *“The iNaari Awards celebrate courage, consistency, and contribution. At WiBE, when women support women, they don’t just build businesses — they build impact.”* — *Dr Bhavi Mody, Sonali Mehta, and Rinku Nagda* The evening was graced by *Ms Archana Jain*, Founder of Florain Spa and Salon, whose presence and charisma added grace and inspiration to the celebration. WiBE is a thriving community of women entrepreneurs built on the pillars of collaboration, growth, and mutual support. With a one-member-per-category policy ensuring exclusivity, WiBE currently operates chapters in Matunga and Mulund, hosting regular offline, in-person meetings that foster meaningful connections and business growth. As WiBE completes six successful years, it continues to empower women entrepreneurs while working towards its vision of expanding pan-Mumbai across multiple zones by 2030.
